Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times: We process our orders, 1-5 business days before we ship.

Order Cancelation: An order maybe cancelled prior to shipping, with no extra fee. Once an order has shipped All Sales Are Final.

Shipping and Handling: Our shipping cost is determined by weight and location. Once a package is shipped we are no longer responsible for that package. For questions or concerns you can send an email through our contact page.

Local Deliveries: We will be glad to deliver to our locals for a small fee it usually takes 1-3 business days for deliveries.

Shipping Temperatures: Be Aware shipping Candles, Wax Melts, Scrubs, Body Butters and Lip Balms are all made with waxes and hard oils, they can melt in hot temperatures. If your candles have melted, allow candles to sit for 24 hours before burning them. Wax melts, Scrubs, Body Butters and Lip Balms you can place on a counter top and sit for a few hours or, place in the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes before use.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Returns: Refunds will be given at our discretion. Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture or design. Our products are handmade and designs and colors will vary slightly. Refer to the product description for the type of scent.

We do not accept any returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons and shipping cost. Once an order is shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For any questions or concerns you can send an email through our contact page.
